All of the teachers at Belleville Christian School are qualified professionals who choose to serve the Lord in ministry at our Christian school. | Jennifer Richmond | | Principal | I am a graduate of Queens University with qualifications in English, Drama, and Special Education. While in my 3rd year at Queens, in response to the witnessing of several classmates, I began a walk of discernable faith. I fell in love with Christian Education after one short placement in Kingston Christian School. Since becoming a parent, I have truly come to understand the significant difference a Christian school can make in the lives of the entire family. Belleville Christian School has been my family's chosen community for 4 years. I teach here because I believe Christian families need the support of Christian teachers in Christian schools. As a parent also, I partner with my children's school in its mission to train passionate disciples. More than I minister, I am ministered to as I treasure every opportunity BCS gives my children to engage their Creator in wisdom, in worship, and in service.

| | Evita Botting | | Grade 1 & 2 Teacher | My name is Evita Botting and I teach grade 1 and 2 at Belleville Christian School. I have taught at the school for over twenty years. I have taught all grade levels, but especially love the primary students because they love all kinds of learning and they make such amazing progress in learning to read in the first years of school. It is so important to me to teach at a Christian school because I want to show my students all about God's wonderful world so that we can praise Him together. And I want my students to join me in trying to please God in everything we do. I have my Ontario Teacher's Certification as well as my Christian School Teacher's Certificate. My husband, Dave, is the assistant pastor at Maranatha Christian Reformed Church. We have two grown sons and one grandson!

| | Ben Luttjeboer | | Grade 3 & 4 Teacher | Hello, my name is Ben Luttjeboer. I am a father of four wonderful children and a husband to Roberta. We moved to Belleville 16 years ago where I took on the position of teacher at Belleville Christian School. I enjoy playing guitar, acting, sketching, and making children laugh. God has gifted me with much and it is my task to return to God double to what he has given me. I have been an educator for the past 22 years and have enjoyed every year. I can find no better place to teach than in an institution where God's name can be freely expressed. The opportunity to share God's word to children openly is a blessing in itself.

| | Mrs. Beth Stapley | | Grade 5/6 a.m. | Twenty some years ago, I was given a teaching position at Belleville Christian School. I was a new graduate of Queen’s University and eager to serve in Christian education. After eight years, I moved to Trenton Christian School, where I taught and assumed the position of Vice-Principal. After a few years off spent with my husband, I am again eager to resume a place in Christian education. And so, having come full circle I look forward to being a part, once more of the Belleville Christian School community.
What a privilege to get to know the families, some of which I am sure will be former students with their children! What a blessing that as a community together, “we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done.”

| | Ed Petrusma | | Grade 7/8 Teacher | | I have been involved with Christian education for the past 29 years as a teacher, vice-principal, principal and most recently as a capital campaign manager. I graduated from Calvin College with a B.A and B.Ed and have obtained my Ontario Teacher’s Certificate, Christian School Teacher’s Certificate and Christian School Principal’s Certificate. As a person who has received a Christ-centred education during my formative years, I personally know the benefit children can have when they are educated day after day and year after year in a Christian school. As a husband to my wife Teresa and a father to our four children, I personally know the impact a Christian education, like the one offered at BCS, can have on the life of a family seeking to glorify God. |
| | Ingrid Roeper | | Special Education Student Support | I have been at Belleville Christian School for six years, a graduate of the Developmental Services Worker program at Loyalist College. My husband John and I have three children. Two attend Quinte Christian High School and our youngest daughter will be graduating from B.C.S. in June of this year. My passion is for students with special needs, and I am pleased to have been able to work in the Special Education/ Resource Department full-time for the past three years. My desire is to be used by God to come along side these students and encourage them to become all that God has created them to be. In addition to my academic duties, I promote Student Life in the school.
